Fallout 4 pc cant download creation club skins

 · Creation club pip-boy skins. Doesn't work. I figure it is due to some mods I had, specifically the pip-boy customization framework. But I've since uninstalled that and removed what files I could find with it's label but still nothing. There is no option under the armor workbench to alter my pip-boy skin. I could really use some help here, thanks.  · If you are using the Pipboy flashlight mod then the Creation Club skins won't work, I guess it's because it replaces the default mesh.  · Yeah seems to have it's issues at the moment. I just recently re-installed Fallout 4 on my PC, tried downloading my owned CC content and every so often it seems to download something in an instant no progress bar or anything, as soon as I exit then out the Creation Club Menu and it tries to reload the game files, the games crashes, then when I try to re-launch the game it crashes.

It stems from a problem with the base game itself- it seems most prevalent on the PS4. Conflicts between creation club content and mods can cause the 0kb glitch to occur more frequently, but again, they are not the root cause of the glitch itself.
