My samsung android is not downloading pictures

Sometimes I have to have them resend it and it will download but that doesn't half of the time work. And I have this problem EVER SINGLE TIME.  · download When I click download, nothing happens! At this point, I am ready to give up on Samsung. The service location could not resolve the issue and told me that I would have to send the phone into the service center without a temp being provided.
