Downloaded app but cant find on home screen






















 · I downloaded the IMDb app to my Galaxy S6 Edge+, and I could have sworn that the app icon was on my home screen, but now I can't find it anywhere. This is strange, because: when I look at all my icons, including those in groups, I can'f find an IMDb icon I . Press the Home key a couple of times. The Search bar is going to show up. Search for your lost app by name. Your iPad should be able to locate the app without the icon by name. If, for a certain reason, your iPad still cannot find it, then there are two more ways on how to deal with this lost apps icon problem.  · Open the Settings app. Scroll down and tap Home Screen. Select Add to Home Screen and a blue checkmark will appear next to it. From now on, newly installed apps will show up on your Home screen. From your Home Screen, swipe left until you get to the App Library. Swipe downward and you'll get an alphabetical list of your apps. Activate this feature by toggling the switch to blue. After you restart the iPhone, search for the app again. If the app is still missing, delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store.
