Browser tries to download perl file instead of displaying

I am trying to print pdf file in browser using perl script. Onclick on hyperlink a child window is opened along with through javascript i have redirected to bltadwin.ru perl i am doing something like this, print "Expires -1\n\n"; print "Content-Disposition: Attachmet; filename="Path of the file"; print "Content-Type: application/pdf\n\n";. Apache CGI scripts want to download on browser rather than display. I have to port cgi from my apache test server to the company apache production server. The default 'bltadwin.ru' script supplied with the distribution works on my computer but not on the server running on a different computer. I have been trying to run a simple perl-cgi script on windows 7. This is a simple HTML form with an OK button where clicking on OK button displays some text. But clicking the OK button on the HTML page, instead of executing and displaying perl file's output, the browser starts downloading the script. I have added handler in bltadwin.ru
The displaying is done by launching a browser and navigating it to either a temporary file with the HTML stored in it, or, if possible, by pushing the HTML directly into the browser window. The module tries to automagically select the "correct" browser, but if it dosen't find a good browser, you can modify the behaviour by setting some. Basically, what happens is my browsers continue to try and download websites instead of display them. For instance, I go to bltadwin.ru and it prompts me to download bltadwin.ru and my only options are "Save", or "Cancel". Clicking either one does nothing but make the prompt disappear and a blank page to be displayed. When I try to display php info in a browser, the browser tries download the php instead of displaying the page. I've tried a bunch of different commands in the conf file, none have seemed to work. Ive added Action, or AddType script-php5, or adding as text/html at which point the page displays but it doesn't parse the php.
